- Reviewing all the information associated with the Project, with the intention of jointly developing commercial proposals on behalf of, but subject to the full approval of the Client, with the purpose of securing the Project and attracting investors and/or funders.
- Making initial introductions and managing relationships with all relevant third parties;
- Helping to shape viable proposals for the Project;
- Negotiating with all relevant third parties to resolve any viability gap or other issues in the Project;
- Helping to obtain all necessary consents and approvals for the Project; and
- Advising on any agreements necessary for the Project (including funding, leasing and grant agreements).
